Saif Linen Hire provides commercial linen hire and laundry services to businesses including hotels, restaurants, and accommodation providers. All services are subject to availability and formal contractual agreements detailing specific volumes, collection/delivery schedules, and pricing.

3. Care of Linen

Any hired linen remains the property of Saif Linen Hire Limited. Clients are expected to take reasonable care of all hired items. Abnormal wear and tear, permanent staining, malicious damage, or loss of items may result in replacement charges as detailed in your specific service contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly negotiated and established in the client's commercial contract. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding overdue balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services.
